He was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in April 2011. This is a form of cancer that affects the lymph nodes. Leadbetter battled the disease five times, becoming a five-time survivor of Hodgkins Lymphoma. During the clinical trials, Opdivo became his fifth dose.
Jimmy Capps
Jimmy Capps is the latest in a long line of country music icons to die. This country guitar legend was known for his smooth tone. His songs have been included on many hits, including Ray Price, Charlie Rich, Eddy Arnold, and Ray Price. Capps was not only a part of North Carolina’s music scene, but also recorded his own songs. Steve Coy

How to get your star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
The Hollywood Walk of Fame (HWOF) was established in 1960 by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The HWOF is located in Los Angeles at 6233 Hollywood Boulevard. It is made up of 2,711 stars that are embedded in the Hollywood Boulevard sidewalk. Each star represents someone who made motion pictures, television or radio, as well as music and other aspects of popular culture. The HWOF currently lists 1,922 people.
You will need to submit your application to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce in order to be considered for membership to the HWOF. Once submitted, your name will be sent to the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs. Once you are approved, you will receive a certificate of eligibility that includes your name, date, residence, occupation, category, and other information. A bronze plaque with your name inscribed on it is also included. This plaque is attached directly to the concrete base, in front of designated stars.
You can apply for a star if a current member of the HWOF nominated you or if you made significant contributions to movies, television, radio, theatre, music, or something else considered part of "popular culture." The nominations are evaluated by a committee, which then decides whether or not to approve them. If they do so, they send a message to the applicant's address explaining their decision. If the person accepts, they will be sent a second letter to confirm their acceptance. The applicant then pays $25 to the Hollywood Chamber of commerce, which forwards the money to the City of Los Angles Department of Cultural Affairs.
The department issues the Hollywood Chamber of commerce a check, payable to it. The check is sent to the Hollywood Walk of Fame Foundation. The foundation pays artists or organizations whose applications were accepted. The fee is then paid to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce at $12.50. How old does one have to get a star on the HWOF?
When nominated, one must have at least 18-years-old. To receive a star, one must be alive at that time. A star can be renominated after 10 years.
